粉质拟青霉菌生产中的最佳温度研究

摘  要:
由云南省玉溪市红塔山自然保护区管理局微生物制剂实验中心与西南林学院开发研制成功的粉质拟青霉菌(Paecilomyces farinosus(Dickson et Fries)Brown et Smith)是一种新型微生物杀虫剂。介绍了该产品的生产过程。进行了不同温度下用米糠进行粉质拟青霉菌产品生产的实验,结果为最适宜温度是14℃~18℃。

摘  要:
Paecilomyces farinosus successfully developed by co-research of both Experimental Center for Microbial Preparation and Southwest Forestry College is one new type of microbial insecticide.The paper introduces the process of its production.The products of Paecilomyces farinosus from rice bran under different temperature conditions have been experimented and the outcome shows most favorable temperature as 14~18℃.
