摘  要:
本文对几种SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)快速染脱色方法进行了比较研究,从蛋白质回收,染色时间及其灵敏度的角度对它们的优缺点进行了比较,并且阐述了它们各自的染色机理。与常规考马斯亮蓝染色法相比,这几种方法染脱色的清晰度稍差,但是灵敏度相当,在实践上均是可行的。尤其是CaCl2、KCl法的灵敏度更高,染色时间短,

摘  要:
A few methods of fast staining for sodium dodecyls ulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis were comparatively studied. Their advantages and disadvantages were compared in terms of the recovery, staining time and sensitivity to protein. At the same time, their staining mechanisms were discussed. Compared with the standard Coomassie blue staining method, although these methods were less with regard to staining clarity and decolorizing, their sensitivity was comparable, so they all were practical. Especially to the treatment of gels with solution of calcium chloride and kalium chloride.
