从文化视角探讨农民工的有序城市融入

摘  要：
中国自改革开放以来,农民工无疑是推动城市化进程的的主流群体.由于长期以来中国实行的城乡分治的二元体制,在一个制度性排斥的氛围中农民工的融城步伐步履维艰,农民工和城市间的文化差异和冲突而形成的文化隔阂,是农民工城市融入进程中的主要障碍之一.实现农民工的有序城市融入,既需要农民工个体的自强努力,也需要城市居民宽广、友善的胸怀,更需要政府从制度和政策层面体现公平公正以及人文关怀,为农民工有序的融入城市创造条件.

摘  要：
since the reform and opening of China,migrant workers is undoubtedly the mainstream to drive a city to change process.Because of the system of two Yuan for a long time our country divided urban and rural migrant workers,in an institutional exclusion atmosphere into the pace said of an aged person,migrant workers and the city 's cultural differences and conflicts and the formation of the cultural barriers,one of the main obstacles in the process of migrant workers into the city is.In order to achieve migrant workers into the city,not only need to migrant workers individual self-improvement efforts,also needs the city residents have a broad mind,friendly,it needs the government from the system and policy level reflect fair and humane care for migrant workers into the city,in order to create the conditions.
