大薸与满江红对网箱养殖长吻鮠氮磷排放的影响

摘  要:
为缓解网箱养鱼对承载水体造成的污染,以漂浮植物大藻(Pistia stratiotes L.)和满江红[Azolla imbircata(Roxb.)Nakai]为研究对象,设置满江红、大藻及混养三组生态网箱以及传统网箱,探究种植水生植物对网箱养殖长吻(?)氮磷排放的影响。结果表明:三组生态网箱(满江红、大藻、混养)和传统网箱氮的回收率分别为38.43%、36.20%、36.14%和34.18%,磷的回收率分别为30.09%、29.01%、28.18%和27.00%,三组生态网箱的氮磷回收率显著高于传统网箱,而大藻生态网箱的氮磷回收率与混养生态网箱无显著性差异,满江红生态网箱的氮回收率与大藻及混养生态网箱均有显著性差异,但三组生态网箱间磷的回收率之间无显著性差异。四组网箱之间的氮磷利用率无显著性差异。通过比较,满江红对氮磷移除效果优于大藻和混养,当网箱面积与满江红种植面积为1:24.64左右时,养殖长吻(?)网箱的氮和磷为零排放。

摘  要:
To reduce the pollution of water by cage culture of fish,taking the floating plant Pistia stratiotes L.and Azolla imbircata(Roxb.) Nakai as the objects of the research to explore the effect of planting aquatic plant on emission of nitrogen and phosphorus from Lieocassis longiristris culture in net cage by installing Azolla imbircata(Roxb.) Nakai,Pistia stratiotes L.,Pistia stratiotes L.-Azolla imbircata(Roxb.) Nakai mixotrophic ecological net cage and traditional cage.The results indicated that the recovery rates of nitrogen of ecological cage with Azolla imbircata(Roxb.) Nakai,Pistia stratiotes L.,mixed culture and traditional cage were 38.43%,36.20%,36.14%and 34.18%,and the recovery rates of phosphorus of ecological cage with Azolla imbircata(Roxb.)Nakai,Pistia stratiotes L.,mixed culture and traditional cage were 30.09%,29.01%,28.78%and27.00%.For the collection rates,of nitrogen and phosphorus,there was striking variation between ecological cage and traditional cage but there was not obvious diffience between ecological cage of Pistia stratiotes L.and Pistia stratiotes L.-Azolla imbircata(Roxb.) Nakai mixotrophic ecological net cage.For the collection rates of nitrogen,ecological cage oi Azolla imbircata(Roxb.) Nakai was superior to that ecological cage of Pistia stratiotes L.and Pistia stratiotes L.-Azolla imbircata(Roxb.) Nakai mixotrophic ecological net cage with significant differences among them.For the collection rates of phosphorus,there was no striking variation between three ecological groups.For the utilization of nitrogen and phosphorus,there was not a significant difference between the four groups of net cage.There was zero emission of nitrogen and phosphorus in cages of culture of Lieocassis longiristris,if the ratio of the area of the cage and the area of culture of Azolla imbircata(Roxb.) Nakai 1:24.64.
