外源茉莉酸甲酯诱导的蒙古扁桃叶片保护性酶活性变化及其对天幕毛虫食物利用的影响

摘  要:
为探讨外源茉莉酸甲酯(methyl jasmonate,Me JA)诱导的蒙古扁桃抗性对天幕毛虫Malacosoma neustria testacea Motsch食物利用的影响。在室内对蒙古扁桃苗木喷洒0.01、0.1和1.0 mmol/L 3种浓度的茉莉酸甲酯,对照喷2.2%的乙醇水溶液,喷洒后1d,3d和5 d分别采集叶片,分析其保护性酶活性的变化和饲养3龄天幕毛虫,测定其取食量、体重和排粪量,统计分析其食物消化率、转化率和利用率。实验结果表明:0.01、0.1和1.0 mmol/L 3种浓度的茉莉酸甲酯均使蒙古扁桃叶片脂氧合酶(LOX)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、过氧化物酶(POD)和胰蛋白酶抑制剂(TI)活性较对照增加(P<0.05)。0.1 mmol/L浓度的茉莉酸甲酯诱导叶片脂氧合酶、多酚氧化酶、苯丙氨酸解氨酶、过氧化物酶和胰蛋白酶抑制剂活性高于其他两个浓度,除苯丙氨酸解氨酶外,其他酶均在处理第3d活性达到最大。取食茉莉酸甲酯诱导的蒙古扁桃苗木后,3龄天幕毛虫对叶片的消化率、转化率和利用率均有所降低,取食0.1 mmol/L浓度的茉莉酸甲酯处理后第1 d、3 d、5 d的叶片,食物利用率与对照相比分别降低6.4%、6.61%、8.21%,食物转化率分别降低18.26%、11.75%、20.22%。

摘  要:
In order to reveal the induced resistance of Me JA to Amygdalus mongolica and inhibition to pest, tent caterpillar were fed with mongol almond leaves treated with the concentration of 0.01、0.1 and 1.0 mmol/L and ethanol water of 2.2 %. The leaves were collected respectively after 1 d, 3 d and 5 d, and the changes of protective enzyme activity were analyzed. Tent caterpillars of 3 instars were fed with these leaves and their food consumption, weight and defecation amount were measured to analyze their digestibility, food conversion efficiency and availability. The results showed that the methyl jasmonate of three concentrations all made the LOX, PPO, PAL, POD, and TI of Mongolian almond leaves increase by contrast(P <0.05). The concentration of 0.1 mmol/L had higher activity than the other two concentrations. All enzymes except PAL had the highest activity in 3 d. Fed with the treated leaves, tent caterpillar of 3 instars had a lower digestibility, food conversion efficiency and availability. The leaves of 1 d, 3 d and 5 d with the concentration of 0.1 mmol/L made the availability decrease by 6.4%, 6.61% and 8.21 respectively, and food conversion efficiency decrease by 18.26 %, 11.75 % and 20.22 %respectively.
