水产品中诺如病毒检测技术研究进展

摘  要:
近年来,诺如病毒(Noroviruses,NVs)引发的大规模肠胃炎事件在世界范围内频繁暴发,食用水产品是人感染NVs的一个主要途径,因此水产品中NVs的准确检测与监控是预防疫情暴发、控制疫情扩散的有效途径。文中介绍了NVs的分子生物学与流行病学特征,对目前国内外水产品中NVs检测技术及研究状况进行了综述,为水产品中NVs的检测提供参考。

摘  要:
Noroviruses(NVs) have gained recognition recently due to association with several high-profile outbreaks of gastroenteritis in the world,outbreaks of viral disease have been associated with the consumption of sewage-contaminated aquatic products,so the detection of the NVs in aquatic products is an effective way to prevent epidemic outbreaks and control epidemic situation.The detection techniques of NVs in aquatic products and research status at home and abroad are summarized in this paper as a reference for NVs detection in aquatic products.
