金叶络石以苗繁苗技术研究

摘要：

以金叶络石组培苗为试验材料,开展了不同的扦插基质、扦插时期、植物生长调节剂种类、KIBA速沾浓度及速沾时间对金叶络石组培苗以苗繁苗的影响试验。研究结果表明:金叶络石组培苗扦插基质以泥炭土+珍珠岩(体积比1∶3)为宜,成活率、生根数和根长最高,分别为97.2%、12.1条和4.57 cm;适宜的扦插时期是6月和9月,扦插成活率达95%以上。用植物生长调节剂浸泡或速沾插穗基部,500～700 mg/L KIBA速沾插穗10 s的处理效果较佳,成活率97%以上。

摘要：

Using Trachelospermum asiaticum 'Ougonnishiki' tissue culture seedlings as test material,the effect of different media,cutting periods,plant growth regulator type,treatment with different concentration and time of KIBA were studied.The results showed that: T.asiaticum 'Ougonnishiki' suitable medium is the matrix of turf + Perlite(volume ratio 1 ∶ 3).The survial rate,rooting number and root length were 97.2% 、12.1 and 4.57 cm respectively.The appropriate cutting period is June and September,the survial rate is up to 95%.Using plant growth regulator to soak or fast treat cutting base,the better treatment is by 500~700 mg/L of KIBA for 10 s,and the survial rate is up to 97%.
