广西芋头产业现状及发展策略——以广西桂林市和贺州市芋头产业为例

摘  要：
特色产业是巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果、实现稳定脱贫和促进农业农村高质量发展的关键,是有效推进农业农村现代化发展、乡村全面振兴实现共同富裕的着力点.广西桂林市与贺州市抢抓机遇,以建设全国最大的芋头产业链集散地为目标,打造广西香芋优势特色产业集群,推动芋头产业深度发展.芋头产业发展虽然取得一定的成效,但仍存在一些不足.文章总结了桂林市与贺州市香芋特色产业集群的发展现状和特点、主要做法及成效、存在的问题等,并提出了加快芋头种苗培优,提升芋头品质;强化科技支撑,增强芋头发展动能;延伸产业链条,提升产业附加值;明确定位,重视品牌效应等对策建议,可为芋头产业高质量发展提供参考.

摘  要：
Specialty industries are the keys to consolidating and expanding the achievements in poverty alleviation,stabling poverty elimination,and advancing high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas,which are also the focus of effectively promoting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas and comprehensively promoting rural vitalization.Guilin City and Hezhou City jointly built an advantageous special cluster of Guangxi taro industry to promote the high-quality development of the taro industry,with the goal of building the intensive region of entire taro industrial chain in China.It has achieved positive progress,but there are still some shortcomings.This paper summarized and analyzed the current development status and characteristics,main practices and effects,and existing problems of the characteristic taro industry clusters in Guilin and Hezhou cities.It also put forward strategies and suggestions such as accelerating the cultivation and optimization of taro seedlings,improving taro quality;strengthening technological support,enhancing taro development momentum;extending the industrial chain,enhancing industrial added value;clarifying positioning,and valuing brand effects,which could provide references for the high-quality development of the taro industry.
