From Interest Game to Emotional Transmutation: The Dual Tension of Rural Expropriation and its Governance Logic——Based on the Field Study of G Village in Henan Province

Under the background of social transformation, the rural pattern is shifting from the traditional "rural society" to the "post-rural society". Although it is good for social development, the government demolition behaviors have accelerated or even omitted the turning process of grassroots villages, which has led to many governance dilemmas. Based on this, the article takes a field observation of rural collective land acquisition and demolition as the logical starting point. First it is to explore the dominant tension, which is the game of interest among the family interest community, the joint interest community, the village interest community, the village self-government committee, the government, social organizations and so on. Next, the hidden tension in the demolition process is discussed, that is, emotional transmutation of villagers. Finally, aiming at the dual tensions generated in rural land acquisition and demolition, a stable emotional community is proposed to improve policy operation,strengthen the third-party intervention, create a harmonious interactive space.
