摘 要：
将利益相关者理论引入到农村征地拆迁中,揭示了利益相关者利益诉求和征地拆迁矛盾,并提出了矛盾化解的路径选择。应建立健全农村征地拆迁的制度体系,强化基层政府管理目标和责任,严格征拆程序,规范各主体行为,营造文明征拆的良好环境和氛围。

摘 要：
The Stakeholder Theory was introduced in rural land acquisition and relocation,to reveal the interest demands of stakeholders as well as the contradiction in land acquisition and relocation,finally,the path choices for the contradiction resolution were put forward as following:to establish and perfect the legal system of rural land acquisition and relocation,to strengthen the management target and responsibility of grass-roots government;to enforce the acquisition and relocation procedures and regulate behavior of the subjects;to create a good environment and atmosphere of civilized acquisition and relocation.
