摘  要：
"依法治校"是当代学校对学生建立管理制度的重要依据,是当代国家教育改革发展的必经之路。本文针对当代部分高校对学生管理制度方面存在负面问题进行了解析,并对该类问题提出了一些合理建议。

摘  要：
The "to run the school according to law" is an important basis for the contemporary school to establish a management system for students, and it is the necessary way for the development of the education reform in the present state. This paper analyzes the negative problems in the management system of the students in the current part of the university, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for this kind of problems.
