人工模拟低温、准低温储藏对过夏大米品质变化的研究

摘  要:
采用模拟低温、准低温储藏对过夏大米品质变化进行研究。研究结果表明.低温储藏大米品质略优于准低温储藏,常温储藏过夏大米陈化程度比准低温高得多。在目前机械制冷低温储粮不易推广的情况下,准低温储粮是适合我国国情的经济有效又易于实施的储粮措施。

摘  要:
The study on effect of storage at simulated low temperature and quasi-low temperature on quality of rice spending summer has been carried out. The result showed that the quality of rice stored at low temperature was slightly better than that of the rice stored at quasi-low temperature. The stale level of rice spending summer which was stored at normal atmospheric temperature was much higher than that at quasi-low temperature. The storage technology at quasi-low temperature is economic and easy to popularize,and suitable for the country.
