基于模糊控制的齐口裂腹鱼养殖监控系统设计

摘  要:
为提高人工养殖齐口裂腹鱼的产量与质量,以Zig Bee网络、32位嵌入式控制器和3G网络为核心,开发了设施鱼池监控系统,系统主要由传感器节点、控制节点、路由节点、网关节点和远程监控PC机组成,采用干电池、蓄电池为系统提供电能,为减少传感器电路能耗,由传感器节点控制传感器电路电源适时工作,控制程序设计出模糊智能算法,并移植在32位嵌入式控制器上实现,完成设施鱼池的微水流、温度、溶解氧、p H、水位各参数的智能调节。试验结果表明,微水流流速偏差控制在±1.9 cm/s范围内,温度偏差控制在±0.6℃范围内,溶解氧偏差控制在±0.4 mg/L范围内,水位偏差控制在±2 cm范围内,p H偏差控制在±0.3范围内,系统可满足齐口裂腹鱼养殖实际需求。

摘  要:
In order to improve the yield and quality of artificial breeding of Schizothorax prenanti, a monitor and control system is developed by using Zig Bee network, 32-digt embedded controller and 3G network as the core, which consisted of sensor nodes, control nodes, routing nodes, gateway nodes and remote monitoring PC. The power supply for the system can be installed easily by using dry battery and storage battery. In order to reduce the energy consumption of the sensors, the sensor nodes control the power supply of the sensor circuit at the right moments. The control program designs fuzzy intelligent algorithm and transplanted it into the 32-digit embedded controller to achieve the intelligent control for all parameters in facility fishpond such as micro-flow, temperature, dissolved oxygen p H value and water level. The results show that the deviation of micro-flow is controlled within ±1.9 cm/s, the deviation of temperature within ±0.6 ℃, the deviation of dissolved oxygen within ±0.4 mg/L, the deviation of water level within ±2 cm, and the p H within ±0.3, which fully satisfies the practical breeding demands of Schizothorax prenanti.
