家蚕无性克隆母蛾的微粒子病检测灵敏度分析初报

摘  要:
由于单交制种模式与常规蚕种制种模式不同,因此需要建立适合单交制种模式的新蚕种生产技术规程和质量检疫检验标准。本文对雌蚕无性克隆和常规交配制种条件下的母蛾微粒子病检出率进行分析,结果表明雌蚕无性克隆制种方式下的母蛾对微粒子病检疫没有产生不良影响,即使摘除卵管和蚕卵,其检测灵敏度也是足够的。

摘  要:
Because of the differences between the single-cross eggs production mode and conventional eggs production mode,it is necessary to establish new suitable eggs production technical specification and quality inspection standard.The female moth pebrine detection rate of female silkworm parthenogenetic clones and conventional eggs production were analyzed,results showed that there were no adverse effects on moth pebrine quarantine under female silkworm parthenogenetic clones eggs production.Even if the ovarian tubes and eggs were removed,the detection sensitivity is also enough.
