水资源再利用建设生态林可行性初探——以塔克拉玛干沙漠北缘新和县"百里风区"为例

摘  要:
新疆塔克拉玛干沙漠北缘新和县灌区一方面每年都受到汛期洪水的威胁,另一方面该县西南部的"百里风区"由于水源缺乏,生态与环境日趋恶化。通过水量及水资源配置的分析,确定生态林建设的可行性。研究表明,到2020年灌区可提供生态建设的总水量3.07×108m3,预期建设生态林6 52×104hm2,需水总量2 93×108m3该项目的实施,可使灌区下泄余水、排水和汛期洪水得到有效再利用,增加地表植被盖度,改善新和县"百里风区"的脆弱生态。

摘  要:
Located in the north marginal zone of the Taklimakan Desert, Xinhe County irrigated area suffersfrom the threat of floods every year, on the other hand, the ecology and environment in the "50-km wind area" in its southwest are gradually degenerated due to the shortage of water resources, and the sustainable development of the local society and economy is seriously impacted. Therefore, it is put forward to afforest the ecological forests in a total area of 6. 52×104 hm2 at the "50-km wind area" by using the residuary stream water from the Ogan River, Tailan River and Karayulgun River, drained water and floodwater. The volume of the usable residuary stream water, drained water and floodwater for the afforestation of the ecological forests is 306×108 m3, and it will be 2. 93×108 m3 in 2020. The area of the ecological construction is 2. 05×104 hm2, in which the areas of economic forests, grasslands dominated by Medicago sp. and Glycyrrhiza uralensis, shelter forests, and closing hillsides to facilitate afforestation and grass planting are 1. 09×10 hm2 , 7. 3×104 hm2 , 2(?)3×104 hm2 and 4.47×104 hm2 respectively. The implementation of the project will bring about the significantsocial effects and ecological benefits, the limited water resources will be fully utilized, and the llixxl threat suffered by the irrigated area will be reduced; the ecology and environment in the "50-km wind area" will IK improved, the forests can conserve water, and the advance of the Taklimakan Desert northward can bt controlled to a certain extent.
