Na_2SO_4对丝绵木幼苗抗氧化性的影响

摘  要:
本实验对丝绵木(Euonymus bungeanus L.)幼苗进行不同浓度的Na2SO4处理,测定并分析了幼苗体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)及过氧化物酶(POD)活性的变化。结果表明:(1)丝绵木幼苗体内活性氧的保护酶体系主要途径是SOD-CAT。(2)SOD和POD在Na2SO4浓度为300mmol/L时活性最大;(3)CAT在Na2SO4浓度为150mmol/L时活性最大,在Na2SO4浓度为300mmol/L时活性略次之。据此在实际生产中可以考虑用300mmol/L左右的Na2SO4对幼苗进行抗盐锻炼。

摘  要:
The experiment treated seedlings of Euonymus bungeanus with different concentrations of Na2SO4,measured and analyzed the activities changing rules of enzymes such as superoxide dismutase(SOD)、catalase(CAT) activity and peroxidase(POD) in the seedlings.The results showed:(1) SOD-CAT was the main way of defense enzyme system in leaves of Euonymus bungeanus;(2) The largest activity of SOD and POD was obtained with Na2SO4 concentration of 300mmol / L;(3) The largest activity of CAT was obtained with Na2SO4 concentration of 150mmol / L,when Na2SO4 concentration was 300mmol / L,the activity of CAT took the second place.which had a little difference between concentration of 300mmol / L and concentration of 150mmol / L.According to above results:we could treated seedlings of Euonymus bungeanus with Na2SO4 concentration of 300mmol /L,which is a critical concentration,to increase its resistence.This paper aimed for providing scientific basis of choosing special trees in saline-alkali Regions of Xinjiang Group of Production and Construction.
