摘 要:
To investigate the effects of enzyme bacterial complex preparation on the growth performance, immune function, and intestinal tissue morphology of mutton sheep.Select 120 healthy mutton sheep with similar initial weights(29.75±0.49)kg and conduct a grouping experiment with 4 groups of 3 replicates and 10 mutton sheep. The basic feed group was fed with a simple basic feed, while the other three groups were added with 350mg/kg composite probiotics,350mg/kg composite enzyme preparations, and 700mg/kg enzyme bacterial complex preparations to the basic feed, respectively.Pre experiment is 7 days, and formal experiment is 60 days.Result:(1)Compared with the basal feed group,The average daily weight gain in the enzyme bacterial complex preparation group increased by 9.57%(P<0.05),and the feed to weight ratio decreased by 10.60%(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the basal feed group, the serum IgA and IgG levels in the composite probiotics group were significantly increased(P<0.05);The serum IgA content in the enzyme bacterial complex preparation group was significantly increased(P<0.05).(3)Compared with the basal feed group, the composite probiotics group and the enzyme bacterial complex preparation group showed significant increases in the height of ileal villi and the villous to cryptogenic ratio(P<0.05);The height of duodenal villi, the height of ileal villi, and the ratio of villi to crypts were significantly increased in the enzyme bacterial composite preparation group(P<0.05).From this,it can be seen that the growth promoting and intestinal improvement effects of adding composite probiotics and composite enzyme preparation alone are relatively limited, and enzyme bacterial complex preparations have not shown a synergistic effect on immune function. However, based on various indicators, the addition of enzyme bacterial complex preparation s to the basic feed of mutton sheep has the best effect.
