摘 要:
本试验旨在研究保育料中添加酶菌复合制剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、肠道微生物和血清免疫指标的影响。试验选择108头健康的33日龄杜×长×大三元杂交仔猪,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每重复6头仔猪(公、母各半)。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,抗生素组饲喂基础饲粮+100 mg/kg杆菌肽锌+50 mg/kg硫酸粘杆菌素+100 mg/kg喹乙醇;酶菌复合制剂组饲喂基础饲粮+0.5 g/kg酶菌复合制剂(啤酒酵母菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、碱性蛋白酶等)。结果表明:酶菌复合制剂对断奶仔猪的末重、平均日增重、平均日采食量和饲料转化率没有显著影响(P>0.05);酶菌复合制剂组与对照组相比肠道乳酸菌含量增加,大肠杆菌含量降低,但各组间差异不显著(P>0.05);酶菌复合制剂组球蛋白含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),白蛋白/球蛋白显著低于对照组(P<0.05),胰岛素样生长因子-1含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05),血清总蛋白和免疫球蛋白Ig G有增加趋势(0.05≤P<0.01)。综上所述,饲料中添酶菌复合制剂对断奶仔猪生长性能及肠道微生物没有显著影响,但能影响部分血清生化及免疫指标,在一定程度上提高了断奶仔猪的免疫力。

摘 要:
The present study was conducted to determine the effects of compound preparations of protease and probiotics on growth performance,intestinal microflora and serum parameters on weaned piglets.One hundred and eight 33 day Duroc×Landrance×Large weaned piglets,were randomly assigned into 3 groups with 6 replicates of 6 piglets per replicate.Control group(CON) were fed a basal diet,antibiotics group(PC) were fed a diet containing bacitracin,colistinsulphate prime and olaquindox,composite biological preparation group(PT) fed diets containing premix of beer yeast,bacillus licheniformis and alkali protease.The results showed that no significant effect on the final body weight,average daily gain,average daily feed intake and F/G of the compound preparations of protease and probiotics to the weaned piglets(P>0.05).Compared with CON and PC,the number of fecal lactobacilli of PT were improved and the number of fecal E.coil were reduced,but all groups were not significant(P>0.05).PT group significantly increased the globulin levels than CON group(P <0.05),and albumin/globulin decreased significantly(P <0.05);the content of insulin-like growth factor I(IGF-I)of PT were significantly increased compared to CON and PC(P<0.05);the total protein(TP) and immunoglobulin G(Ig G)levels of serum in PT group were higher than other group(0.05≤P<0.01).In conclusion,dietary compound preparations of protease and probiotics have no significant effect on growth performance and gut microflora of weaned piglets,however change some serum biochemical and immune parameters,increase the immunity of weaned piglets to a certain extent.
