气相色谱法测定食品中丙酸钠 丙酸钙方法的改进

摘  要:
建立使用填充柱(填装涂布5%(m/m)DEGS+1%磷酸固定液的(60~80目)Chromosorb W/AW DMCS,2 m*3 mm)代替使用昂贵的国外Porapak系列高分子聚合物色谱柱测定食品中丙酸钠、丙酸钙的气相色谱法。结果:本法在丙酸盐浓度0~250 mg/L范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数r大于0.999,方法平均回收率95%~105%,进样精密度实验的RSD(%)值均小于3.0,方法的检出限为0.012 g/kg,满足检测要求。

摘  要:
A method was established to determine calcium propionate in several foods by gas chromatography. The compound was separated by a packed column(5%(m/m)DEGS+1% phosphoric acid(60-80)Chromosorb W/AW DMCS,2m*3mm), instead of using expensive foreign Porapak series polymer chromatographic column. The experimental results showed that the linear range of the method was 0mg/L-250 mg/L with the correlation coefficients(r) above 0.999. The average recovery were in the range of 95%-105%, and the relative standard deviation was less than 3.0%. The detection limit was 0.012 g / kg, could be applied to determine propionic acid content in food.
