混合盐碱胁迫对两种抗性不同的绣线菊光合特性的影响

摘  要:
在盆栽条件下,以两种抗盐碱能力不同的绣线菊为试材,研究在混合盐碱胁迫下,通过光响应曲线的变化,探讨两种绣线菊最大净光合速率、光饱和点和光补偿点的变化规律,结果表明,随着盐碱胁迫处理浓度与处理天数的增加,两种绣线菊最大光合速率、光补偿点、光饱和点逐渐下降,表现为渐进效应。盐碱胁迫对两种绣线菊最大光合速率、光补偿点、光饱和点影响效应显著;表明两种绣线菊的抗盐碱能力与其盐碱胁迫期间光合能力的变化有关。

摘  要:
In pot culture condition, taking two different kinds of Spiraea Linn under the mixed alkali-saline stress which had the abilities to resistant alkali-saline as the materials, with the changing light response curves, the regularity rate of the biggest photosynthetic rate, the light compensation point and the light saturation point of two kinds of Spiraea Linn. were discussed. Results showed that with the increasing of alkali-saline stress deal concentration and deal days, the biggest rate, the light compensation point, the light saturation point of two kinds of Spiraea Linn. dropped gradually, which performed as the gradual effect. The alkali-saline stress had a significant impact on effect of the biggest photosynthetic rate, the light compensation point, the light saturation point of two kinds of Spiraea Linn.. It showed that resisting alkalic-saline ability of two kinds of Spiraea Linn. had something with the change of the photosynthetic capacity during the the alkali-saline stress responsed.
