平菇多糖的提取工艺

摘  要:
对水提法提取平菇多糖的工艺进行了研究,分析了提取温度、料液比和提取时间对平菇多糖得率的影响,确定了水提的最佳工艺条件为90℃,液料比50∶1,提取时间4h。该条件下多糖得率10.45%。

摘  要:
An experiment was conducted to study the extraction technology of polysaccharide from Pleurotus ostreatus by the method of water extraction. The effects of extraction temperature, ratio of raw material to extractant, and extraction time on extraction ratio of polysaccharide were analysed. The optimal technological conditions for water extraction were obtained as extraction temperature 90 ℃, ratio of raw material to extractant 50∶1, and extraction for 4 hours. The extraction ratio of polysaccharide was 10.45%.
