麻黄提取物对家兔部分组织抗氧化功能的影响

摘  要：
观察了不同浓度的麻黄提取物对家兔部分器官超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活力及丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明,灌胃麻黄提取物能使家兔肝脏、肺脏、大脑、肾脏中SOD、POD活力极显著降低(P<0.01),而MDA含量极显著升高(P<0.01),并随着给药浓度升高,抑制作用更明显。

摘  要：
Different densities of herbal ephedrae extractions influence on SOD(Superoxide Dismutase)、 POD(Peroxidase) and the MDA(malondialdehyde)content in the domestic rabbit partial organs were observed.The results showed that the activities of SOD,POD were reduced obviously(P<0.01)and the content of MDA was increased obviously(P<0.01)in liver,lung,brain and kidney.Inhibition was obviously with the promoting of densities of herbal ephedrae extractions.
