五种麻黄亲缘关系的RAPD分析

摘  要:
应用RAPD技术对5种麻黄亲缘关系进行了分析.从100条引物中筛选出18条重复性好,多态性高的随机引物.18条引物共扩增出103条带,其中多态性带为89条,占总扩增带的87.5%,平均每条引物扩增出4.9条多态性带.对这103条带进行聚类分析,结果表明:5个麻黄种间遗传差异明显,具有丰富的遗传多样性;膜果麻黄与其他4种药用麻黄的差异较大;木贼麻黄和斑子麻黄相对独立;草麻黄与中麻黄遗传距离较近,具有较为相似的遗传关系,这与传统的植物分类学结果一致,说明RAPD标记适用于麻黄植物的遗传多样性研究.

摘  要:
The phylogenetic relationship of five species of Ephedra was analyzed by RAPD.Eighteen random primers of high reproducible and stable quality were screened from one hundred primers.Totally 103 DNA fragments were amplified with eighteen random primers.The high reproducible DNA fragments were 89,and it occupied 87.5 % of 103.The cluster analysis results of 103 amplified DNA fragments were indicated that.there was rich genetic diversity in different species.E.przewalskii had high difference to others.E.equisitina and E.lepidosperma showed relative independence.The genetic distance of E.sinisa and E.intermedia was close.The same as the serology,it was suggested that RAPD molecular marker technology could be used for genetic diversity researches on species of Ephedra.
