进气系统设计对增压中冷柴油机性能的影响研究

摘  要:
应用模拟计算软件建立了4105ZLQ增压中冷柴油机工作过程的计算模型,研究了不同进气管直径及进气迟闭角对柴油机性能的影响。结果表明:在管径为45 mm左右时有较大的进气量,同时可发出较大功率值;对于同一进气迟闭角,充气效率在转速为1 400~1 600 r/m in时达到最大。

摘  要:
The paper establishes a calculation model of the 4105ZLQ turbocharged medium-cooled diesel engine in operating process by the simulation software,investigates the influences of the different diameters of the intake pipe and intake lag angles on the diesel engine performances.The results show that:the diesel engine has the big air input when the intake diameter is about 45 mm,and it can put out the greater power;as to the same intake lag angle,volumetric efficiency reaches to maximum when engine speed is about 1 400~1 600 r/min.
