电控可变增压技术改善柴油机性能的研究

摘  要:
采用可变涡轮入口截面积的电控可变增压 (VGS)技术进行了匹配试验研究。结果表明 ,VGS技术不仅有效地改善柴油机的性能和排放特性 ,同时使得柴油机和增压器两种不同机械的工作状态达到最佳的匹配。VGS技术在整个工况范围内能有效地提高经济性 ,说明该技术在节能和控制 CO2 排放量方面的重要作用

摘  要:
As we know, supercharging is effective on improving engine performances. In this paper, an experimental analysis was carried out to observe the effects of different boost degrees and structural parameters of supercharger on diesel engine performances and the testing result showed that although the effect of supercharging was obvious, turbo charge couldn't be effective to all rotate speed rang. So, the match experiments on electronic controlled variable supercharging technique by variable geometry system (VGS) were carried out in all rotate speed rang. The experimental results showed that the performances of a diesel were ameliorated, and also the best matching between engine and supercharger was obtained. As the VGS technique has effectively ameliorated the performances of diesel, the VGS must have an important action in saving energy and controlling the emission of CO 2.
