摘  要：
分析了林价、土地入股分成、级差收益和税费等诸因子对木材价格形成的特殊作用。认为林价下限的计算应以现行营林成本和重置完全资金占用为依据;土地入股分成对林业部门来讲是经营成本费用的支出;级差收益的存在要求用边际价格代替平均价格;税费过高是目前价格管理中最主要的问题。

摘  要：
Several important factors, which affect the setting of timber price, such as the forest price, share based on land, differential land rent and various taxes are studied in this paper. The lower limit of forest price should be determined by the current cost of silviculture and reevaluation of capital. The share based on land is considered part of the cost of silviculture from the whole sector's point of view. The marginal price may be used instad of the average price owing to differential land rent. The main problem is an absorbitant amount of taxs ine circulation at present.
