五指毛桃挥发油的气-质联用分析

摘  要:
[目的]对五指毛桃挥发油化学成分进行分析。[方法]利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取五指毛桃挥发油,通过GC-MS的峰面积归一化法分析得到挥发油中各组分的相对含量。[结果]确认了35种化学物质,主要为长链脂肪酸(31.4%)、醛类(15.8%)以及酮类(13.3%)化合物,还有少量的饱和长链烷烃、酚类及内酯类物质。[结论]该研究为五指毛桃活性成分的研究提供了理论依据。

摘  要:
[Objective]The study aimed to analyzed the chemical components of volatile oil from Ficus hitra Vahl. [Methods]The volatile oil of Ficus hitra Vahl was extracted by steam distillation ,then was detected by GC-MS and was analysized by peak area normalization method. [Results]35 kinds of chemical substances,mainly about long-chain fatty acids (31. 4% ),aldehydes (15. 8% ) and ketones (13. 3% ) compounds were identified,a little of saturated long-chain alkanes,phenols and inner esters were found out in addition. [Conclusion]A theoretical basis has been provided to study the active ingredients of Ficus hitra Vahl.
