6种榕属植物挥发性成分比较分析

摘  要:
采用顶空进样和气相色谱—质谱联用技术对五指毛桃、粗叶榕、全叶榕、条叶榕、台湾榕和竹叶榕6种民间习用榕属植物的挥发性物质进行检测分析,结果表明:从6种榕属植物中共检测出相对含量大于0.50%的挥发性成分75种,包含萜烯类、烃类、杂环类、醛类、醚类、醇类、酮类等,其中,萜烯类物质含量最高,占总挥发性成分的39.00%~77.67%;从6种榕属植物中共检出10种主要挥发性成分,不同榕属植物检出的主要挥发性物质的种类和相对含量有所差异;从6种榕属植物中检出3种共有和多种特异性的挥发性成分.表明萜烯类物质是6种榕属植物的主要挥发性物质,其相对含量可作为不同榕属植物香味浓淡的参考.

摘  要:
To provide scientific basis for new variety breeding and utilization of genus Ficus, volatile components of 6 Ficus species including F.hirta Vahl, F.hirta, F.pandurata Hance var. pandurat, F.pandurata Hance var. angustifolia, F.formosana, and F.stenophylla were analyzed using headspace injection coupling with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. A total of 75 volatile components with relative contents exceeding 0.50% were detected, which included terpenes, hydrocarbons, heterocyclics, aldehydes, ethers, alcohols, ketones, etc. Among them terpenes were the main components, accounting for up to 77.67% of all the volatiles detected. Up to10 volatile components were considered the dominant types, and the dominant types and their relative contents varied among the 6 species. Three and multiple types of volatile components were considered the common and specific types of volatiles among the 6 Ficus species, respectively. To summarize, as the main volatile components in the 6 Ficus trees, the relative contents of terpenes can be used as an indicator of fragrance intensity.
