22个牡丹品种形态性状的多样性分析

摘  要:
[目的]分析22个牡丹品种形态性状的多样性,探讨品种间遗传差异,挖掘优异种质材料,为了解不同牡丹品种的遗传关系及种质资源创新提供科学依据。[方法]对22个牡丹品种花色、花型、株高、株幅、花径、叶长、叶宽、株型和叶型等表现型性状进行赋值后,采用欧氏距离计算品种间遗传距离。并采用系统聚类分析法对22个牡丹品种的遗传多样性进行研究。[结果]以整个遗传距离的总平均数作尺度对聚类图的结果进行分类,大致可将22个牡丹品种分为5个类群,Ⅰ类为银红巧对、鸡爪红、八宝镶、重楼点翠、丛中笑、魏紫、烟笼紫、茄加紫;Ⅱ类为胡红;Ⅲ类为小胡红、白玉兰、罂粟红、凤丹、大金粉、景玉、盘中取果、青山贯雪、墨剪绒、大红一品、蓝花魁;Ⅳ类为海黄;Ⅴ类为似荷莲。划分结果与系谱分析基本一致,并把系谱来源不清的品种划分到相应的杂种优势群。[结论]形态性状的多样性分析是检测品种间遗传差异的有效方法,可为牡丹新品种培育及产业化开发应用奠定基础。

摘  要:
[Objective] The morphological diversity of 22 Paeonia lactiflora cultivars was analyzed to explore the genetic differences between varieties and excellent germplasm materials,which provided a scientific basis for germplasm innovation.[Method]The genetic distance based on the agronomic characters,such as flower color,flower form,plant height,plant width,flower diameter,leaf length,blade width,plant type and leaf type were calculated by Euclidean distance. The system clustering analysis method was used to study the genetic diversity of 22 varieties. [Result] The results showed that 22 cultivars could be classified into five groups. Group I consisted of Yinhongqiaodui,Jizhaohong,Babaoxiang,Chongloudiancui,Congzhongxiao,Weizi,Yanlongzi,Qiejiazi; Group Ⅱ consisted of Huhong; Group Ⅲ consisted of Xiaohuhong,Baiyulan,Yingsuhong,Fengdan,Dajinfeng,Jingyu,Panzhongquguo,Qingshanguanxue,Muojianrong,Dahongyipin,Lanhuakui;Group Ⅳ consisted of Haihuang; Group Ⅴ consisted of Sihelian. The results were consistent with pedigree analysis. Moreover,cultivars with unkonwn pedigree were assigned to the established heterotic groups. [Conclusion] The diversity analysis of morphological characters is one of the effective methods to detect genetic differences between varieties,which provides theoretic base for new cultivar breeding and industrialization of P. lactiflora in the future.
