脂肪来源的microRNA调控猪产仔数相关基因的预测

摘  要:
研究脂肪来源的miRNAs对母猪产仔数相关基因的调控,挖掘已有研究中关联脂肪代谢的miRNAs以及关联母猪产仔数的基因,并利用TargetScan软件对关联母猪产仔数的基因上可能存在的miRNAs的调控位点进行预测。结果表明,关联母猪产仔数相关基因的分别有5个下调基因(miRNAs)、28个上、下调基因(miRNAs)接受miRNAs调控,另有8个基因不受miRNAs调控,为从miRNAs角度研究脂肪代谢与母猪产仔数之间的关系奠定基础。

摘  要:
This investigation is conducted to study the regulation of fat source miRNAs to sows litter size related genes. The miRNAs associated with fat metabolism and the genes associated with sow litter size were explored, and the TargetScan was used to predict the presence of miRNAs loci in the population of associated sows. The results showed that 5 genes(miRNAs down regulated) and 28(miRNAs up, down regulated) genes were regulated by miRNAs, and another 8 genes were not regulated by miRNAs. The results lay the foundation for the study of the relationship between fat metabolism and litter size from miRNAs.
