冲击式食物破碎机内部流场模拟及实验研究

摘  要:
运用工程软件Fluent6.2,采用双流体模型对冲击式食物破碎机粉碎室内液固两相流场进行了模拟,利用相位多普勒粒子测速仪(PDPA)在不同转速工况下对冲击式食物破碎机破碎机理进行了初步探讨和测试。最后将数值计算结果和试验测量结果进行了对比,模拟结果表明:粉碎效率以转速的2.33次方增幅增加;并分析得出了刀盘的高效粉碎区具体位置。试验结果与模拟结果吻合较好,验证了模拟结果的正确性,研究结果可为破碎机的优化设计提供理论依据。

摘  要:
Based on the two-fluid model,this study mainly simulated the liquid-solid two-phase flow in the impact food crusher room with engineering software fluent 6.2,using Phase Doppler Particle Anemometer(PDPA) at different speed operating conditions on the impact crusher mechanism of the food and conducted a preliminary study and testing.Finally,the numerical results and experimental measurements were compared.Simulation results show that: grinding efficiency to increase the speed of the 2.33-th power increased and it pointed out high-effect crushing area.Measurement results accords with numerical simulation results,which verified the correctness of the simulation results,the findings may provides a theoretical basis for crusher's optimal design.
