径向配油内啮合齿轮泵内部流场特性分析

摘  要：
为分析径向配油内啮合齿轮泵的内部流场特性,利用CFD软件Fluent对径向配油内啮合齿轮泵流场进行了数值模拟,得到了径向配油内啮合齿轮泵内部流场压力场分布以及速度场分布的变化规律,获得了该齿轮泵流量脉动的变化规律,为径向配油内啮合齿轮泵的研究和优化设计提供了理论依据。

摘  要：
In order to analyze the internal flow field characteristics of internal gear pump with radial oil distribution, the internal flow field is simulated by using Fluent in CFD software, the gear pump pressure distribution and velocity distribution law of the flow field is obtained and the variation law of the flow pulsation of the gear pump is obtained. It provides a theoretical basis for the research and optimization design of internal gear pump with radial distribution.
