中华稻蝗总RNA的提取及鉴定

摘 要：
提取中华稻蝗(Oxya chinensis)的总RNA,利用琼脂糖凝胶电泳、RT-PCR、ACh E片段的扩增等方法鉴定RNA的纯度和完整性。结果表明,从中华稻蝗头部提取的总RNA质量和完整性较好,能满足后续分子生物学的研究需要。

摘 要：
The total RNA from Oxya chinensis was extracted. The purity and integrity was detection by agarose gel electrophoresis, ultraviolet spectroscopy, reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction, and acetylcholin esterase fragment amplification. The results showed that quality and intergrity of extracted total RNA was good, and could statisfy need for follow-up molecular biology research.
