摘 要:
本实验采用酶联免疫吸附法测定β-兴奋剂类药物,在添加浓度为0.5μg/L,1.0μg/L的空白尿液中的回收率均在88.6%~110.3%之间;在添加浓度25μg/kg,50μg/kg的空白猪配合饲料中的回收率均在83.1%~106.2%之间;在添加浓度为0.5μg/kg,1.0μg/kg的空白羊肉中的回收率均在73.6%~106.3%之间;在添加浓度为0.5μg/kg,1.5μg/kg的空白牛肉中的回收率在76.5%~106.5%之间。各添加浓度的批内、批间变异系数均小于11%,满足残留检测方法回收率在60%~120%;批内、批间变异系数小于等于20%的要求。结论:用酶联免疫吸附法可对畜产品、饲料中β-兴奋剂类药物残留进行初步筛选,对疑似阳性样品再用仪器方法确认。

In this experiment, the enzyme linked immunosorption method was used to determine the beta-stimulant drug, and the recovery rate in the blank urine of 0.5 μg/L and 1.0 μg/L was between 88.6% and110.3%. In add concentration(including 25 μg/kg, including 50 μg/kg of blank pig feed the recoveries are between 83.1% and 106.2%; The recovery rate of the blank mutton with the concentration of 0.5 μg/kg and1.0 μg/kg was between 73.6% and 106.3%. The recovery rate in the blank beef with a concentration of0.5 μg/kg and 1.5 g/kg was between 76.5%~106.5%. The variation coefficient of each addition concentration was less than 11%, and the recovery rate oshijihef the residual detection method was 60% ~120%. The variation coefficient of the batch and batch is less than or equal to 20%. Conclusion: enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay can be used for preliminary screening of drug residues in animal products and feedstuffs,and can be confirmed by means of instrument for suspected positive samples.
