单前轮导向单后轮驱动篱架型喷雾车架有限元分析

摘  要:
以国家863计划项目(2008AA100904)宽度可调新型篱架型喷雾车底盘车架为对象,首先利用CATIA软件建立了车架结构的几何模型,利用ANSYS有限元软件,建立了基于梁单元的车架结构有限元模型并对模型进行了适当的简化。在有限元模型的基础上,对车架结构的典型工况进行了静态性能分析与研究,这为后续的结构优化提供了理论依据。

摘  要:
The research on Efficient Spaying Technologyand the Creation of Spaying Equipment Applying in Trellis Plants is supported by the China National High-Tech Program(863 Program)(2008AA100904).The geometrical model of the frame based on the prototype of 863 national project-width adjustable new-type spraying vehicle through CATIA software was constructed.The FEM model of the frame were established and duly simplified.The strength and rigidity of the frame under the typical working conditions after analyzing static performance of the frame was discussed,and providing the theory for further structure optimization.The paper first constructed geometrical model of the frame based on the prototype.
