鸡球虫混合苗免疫程序优化及在集约化鸡场的应用

摘 要：
研究了不同免疫程序下鸡球虫混合苗的免疫效果。结果表明,饮水接种与混料接种所获得的免疫效果无明显差别。应用1次免疫和2次免疫程序的鸡肠道病变、肠道内容物卵囊密度和增重等指标均不如应用3次免疫和4次免疫程序的结果,而3次免疫和4次免疫程序均可使鸡获得理想的保护力,效果基本一致。因此,在临床上,采用3次免疫程序最为经济有效。应用优化程序,共在集约化鸡场免疫肉鸡267.858万羽,蛋鸡33.104万羽。抽查结果表明,免疫鸡群的平均发病率为0.4%,死亡率为0%。

摘 要：
The immunizing efficacy of mixed attenuated coccidiosis vaccine under different immunization programs was studied. The results showed that the efficacy of inoculation through water was not significantly different from that of inoculation with feed and the indexes such as enteric lesion score, oocyst density and weight gain in the group with one or two-time vaccination were not so well as those in the group with three or four-time vaccination. Three or four-time vaccination could make chicken get a good tolerance to infection, and their efficacies were nearly the same. So clinically using three-time vaccination was more economical. The extensive trial of mixed coccidiosis vaccine was conducted in a total of 2678580 broilers and 331040 layers on several intensive chicken farms. The random sampling result indicated that the mean morbidity was 0.4% and the mortality was 0% in the vaccinated flocks.
