鸡球虫混合苗的实验室免疫研究

摘 要：
采用柔嫩文美耳球虫和巨型文美耳球虫的弱毒虫株，按不同的配比制成混合苗，免疫7日龄雏鸡，分别于免疫后第2、4、6、8周用强毒卵囊攻击。与对照组相比，免疫鸡肠道病变轻微，增重明显，肠道内容物卵囊密度显著降低，取得了较好的免疫效果。

摘 要：
In this study,the mixed coccidial vaccines were produced by different proportion of attenuated E. tenella and E. maxima. The 7-day-old chickens orally inoculated with vaccine were challenged by virulent oocysts on week 2, 4, 6,8 post inoculation respectively. In contrast to the virulent controls,the intestinal lesion of the immunized chickens was very slight, the weight increased significantly, and the oocyst density of intestinal contents de-creased greatly.
