复硝酚钠对黄河鲤急性毒性研究及安全评价

摘  要：
为了确定复硝酚钠对黄河鲤的急性毒性,试验分别设置6个浓度梯度:16 mg/L, 19 mg/L,23 mg/L, 27 mg/L, 33 mg/L, 39 mg/L,在常温条件下用复硝酚钠对黄河鲤进行急性毒性试验。结果表明:复硝酚钠对黄河鲤24 h、 48 h、 72 h、 96 h的半致死浓度(LC50)为5.9 mg/L,安全浓度为3.1 mg/L。

摘  要：
In order to determine the acute toxicity of sodium nitrophenol to Yellow River Carp, six concentration gradients were set,namely 16 mg/L, 19 mg/L, 23 mg/L, 27 mg/L, 33 mg/L, 39 mg/L. The acute toxicity test was carried out with sodium nitrophenol to Yellow River Carp at room temperature. The results indicated that the LC_(50) at 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 96 h was 5.9 mg/L, and the safe concentration was 3.1 mg/L.
