南黄海中华哲水蚤体长干重的关系

摘  要:
测定了南黄海8种常见浮游动物的体长和干重,并建立中华哲水蚤体长—干重回归关系式:logDW=2.27logL-5.364,R2=0.76。用建立的体长—干重关系式将数量丰度资料转换为干重,对1958年9月至1959年12月期间中华哲水蚤种群生物量(干重mg·m-3)的季节变化进行了分析。结果显示,中华哲水蚤种群生物量在5月达到全年最高值20.87mg·m-3,占该月浮游动物总生物量的37%;12月降至最低4.29mg·m-3;全年12个月平均为10.77mg·m-3,相当于浮游动物总生物量年均值的29%。

摘  要:
Dry weight of 8 zooplankton species were measured using fresh samples taken from the southern part of the Yellow Sea. Relationship between the body length and dry weight of Calanus sinicus was established as logDW=2.27logL-5.364, R2=0.76, where L is prosome length (μm) and DW is dry weight (μg). The seasonal variations in population biomass (dry weight mg·m-3) of C.sinicus during the period from September 1958 to December 1959 were studied based on the numeral abundance data, which was converted into dry weight using the equation above. The result showed that the population biomass of C.sinicus reached to its annual maximum (20.87 mg·m-3) in May accounting for 37 % of the total zooplankton biomass and dropped to the minimum in December (4.29 mg·m-3). The annual average of population biomass was 10.77 mg·m-3 (dry weight) accounting for 29 % of the annual average of the total zooplankton biomass. 
