区域自动站观测资料在防灾减灾中的应用分析——以柳城县为例

摘  要：
【目的】为研究区域自动站观测资料在防灾减灾中的作用。【方法】对柳城县所有乡镇和地质灾害易发区安装的34个区域自动气象站观测资料在实际天气预报和防灾减灾气象服务中的应用情况分析,对比分析了区域自动气象站建设前出现的两次暴雨天气致灾实例。【结果】区域自动站观测资料的应用,为防灾减灾赢得时间,提高了定点、定时、定量预报的准确率,提高农业灾害监测能力,是准确编制精细化农业气候区划的基础。【结论】区域自动气象站在防灾减灾气象服务工作中发挥着重要的不可替代的作用,应增加频次加强区域站动态监控。

摘  要：
【Objective】In order to study the role in disaster prevention and mitigation of area data observed by automatic station.【Method】Analyze the application condition of actual application of the meteorological service of weather forecast and disaster mitigation prevention service in all 34 station of Liucheng County, comparative analysis of two cases of the rainstorm weather to instance before construction of regional automatic weather station.【Results】The application of regional automatic station observation data, to win time for disaster prevention and mitigation, improved the prediction accuracy of fixed-point, timing, quantitative, improve the ability of agricultural disaster monitoring, form the basis of accurate preparation of agricultural climate zoning. 【Conclusion】Regional automatic weather stations play an important irreplaceable role in the meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation services, should increase the frequency of strengthening regional dynamic monitoring station.
