敌百虫中毒对贵州白香猪氧化应激及自由基损伤的影响

摘  要:
为探讨急性敌百虫中毒对贵州白香猪氧化应激和自由基损伤的影响,为贵州白香猪有机磷农药中毒诊断和治疗提供参考数据,采用兽用敌百虫对贵州白香猪进行经口急性毒性试验,观察试验猪临床中毒症状并用分光光度法检测其肝、脾、肺、肾等组织的乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、胆碱酯酶(CHE)活力及VC、VE水平。结果表明:中毒贵州白香猪体内存在严重氧化应激及自由基损伤;与对照相比,染毒处理试验猪的肝、脾、肺、肾中的AchE、CHE活力及VC、VE含量均呈下降趋势,SOD和POD活力则有所提高,说明,有机磷中毒导致乙酰胆碱酯酶活力受抑制,体内自由基反应加剧。

摘  要:
Dipterex was used in acute toxicity tests by mouth in Guizhou Baixiang Pigs to study the acute poisoning mechanism of dipterex and relationship among acute dipterex poisoning,oxidative stress and free radical damage.The clinical poisoning symptoms of trial pigs were observed and the activities of acetylcholinesterase(AchE),peroxydase(POD),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and cholinesterase(CHE) as well as level of vitamin C and vitamin E in their liver,spleen,lung and kidney tissues were determined by spectrophotometry.The results showed that serious oxidative stress and free radical damage occured in Guizhou Baixiang Pigs when organophosphate poisoning.Compared with the control group,the AchE,CHE activity and VC,VE content in liver,spleen,lung and kidney tissues of trial pigs all showed downtrend.However,their SOD and POD activity showed increasing trend,indicating that activity of AchE was inhibited and free radical reaction aggravation after organophosphate poisoning.
