空间环境诱变和~(60)Co-γ射线对籽粒苋M1代农艺性状和品质的影响初报

摘  要:
为了创制优良的牧草育种材料,采用空间环境(卫星搭载)和~(60)Co-γ射线(辐照)处理两种方法诱变处理籽粒苋干种子,研究了M1代与对照(CK)主要农艺性状和化学品质指标的诱变效应,并进行了比较分析。结果表明:空间环境处理后籽粒苋种子发芽势和发芽率显著高于对照(P<0.05),而~(60)Co-γ射线处理后显著或极显著低于对照(P<0.05或P<0.01)。空间环境和~(60)Co-γ射线处理后籽粒苋株高均极显著低于对照(P<0.01),产量与对照差异不显著(P>0.05),粗纤维含量和粗脂肪含量显著或极显著低于对照(P<0.05或P<0.01),粗蛋白含量均显著高于对照(P<0.05)。相关性分析中,发芽势与粗纤维、粗蛋白之间存在显著相关(P<0.05),株高与粗纤维、粗脂肪之间存在极显著相关(P<0.01),粗纤维、粗脂肪与粗蛋白之间存在极显著相关(P<0.01)。主成分分析中,籽粒苋M1代植株的变异主要通过发芽因子、品质因子两种主成分体系出现,累积贡献率达到95.95%;在田间选择时可重点关注~(60)Co-γ射线30 Gy处理。

摘  要:
In order to create excellent grass breeding germplasms,two approaches aerospace environment( satellite carrying) and ~(60)Co-γ-ray( irradiation) treatments were used to irradiate Amaranthus hypochondriacus L. dry seeds; mutagenic effect on main agronomic characters and chemical quality of M1 generation and control group after treatments,and comparative analysis was also carried out. The results showed that after aerospace environment treatment to Amaranthus hypochondriacus L. seeds,germination potential and germination rate were significantly higher than those in control group( P < 0. 05); while after ~(60)Co-γ-ray( irradiation) treatment to the seeds,both factors were significantly lower than those in control group( P < 0. 05). After aerospace environment or ~(60)Co-γ-ray treatments,plant heights were very significantly lower than that in control group( P < 0. 01); compared with control group,there was no significant difference in yield P > 0. 05); crude fiber or crude fat contents were lower than that in control group( P < 0. 01 or P < 0. 05); crude protein was significantly higher than those in control group( P <0. 05). After correlation analysis,significant correlation existed among germination potential,crude fiber and crude protein( P < 0. 05); there was very significant correlation existing among height,crude fiber and crude fat( P < 0. 01),and also existing among crude fiber,crude fat and crude protein( P < 0. 01). After principal component analysis,variation of M1 generation of Amaranthus hypochondriacus L. was attributed to two principal components,germination factor and quality factor; the cumulative ratio of contribution reached 95. 95 %. Close attention could be paid to 30 Gy of ~(60)Co-γ-rays treatment group when field selection.
