厚竹高生长期茎秆节部对基本组织细胞壁发育形成的影响

摘  要:
为探究高生长过程中厚竹(Phyllostachys edulis‘Pachyloen’)茎秆节部对基本组织细胞壁发育形成的影响,采用普通光学显微和电镜技术对高生长过程中厚竹茎秆基本组织进行解剖结构分析。根据其结构特征,将基本组织发育过程分为初生壁形成期和次生壁形成期。初生壁形成初期,细胞分裂占主导位置,在电镜下能观察到大量较薄新壁的形成。细胞中含有大量的淀粉粒。胞间隙较小,胞间连丝较多,细胞器丰富;初生壁发育后期,细胞的长度显著增加,此时细胞伸长占主导地位。胞间隙变大,胞间连丝丰富。异常节较正常节而言细胞加厚较弱,淀粉粒含量较多;次生壁发育期,长细胞次生加厚明显,能观察到细胞壁不同的壁层。长细胞内容物多数已降解。胞间连丝丰富,只有部分细胞中还含有极少数的淀粉粒。该时期在异常节发现两个异于正常节的现象:胞间层具有电子密度较低的白色物质;细胞壁内侧含有电子密度较低的白色凸起物质。在厚竹茎秆高生长过程中,基本组织细胞壁的一系列动态变化表明,基本组织细胞壁其结构、成分和状态与植物细胞的伸长密切相关,节部参与调控节间的伸长,为进一步揭示厚竹快速高生长的机制提供细胞学依据。

摘  要:
In order to explore the influence of the node on the development of ground tissue cell walls dur-ing the rapid elongation growth of Phyllostachys edulis ‘Pachyloen'culm,the anatomical structure of groundtissue were studied with ordinary optical microscopy and electron microscope.According to its structural charac-teristics,the developmental process of ground tissue was divided into the primary wall formation stage and thesecondary wall formation stage.In the early stage of primary wall formation,numerous thin walls could be seenunder the electron microscope,and the parenchyma cells contained a lot of starch grains.Intercellular space wassmall and plasmodesmata was rich until the secondary wall formation stage. At the late period of the primarywall formation stage,the development of culm was dominated by cell elongation.The intercellular space becamelarger.In the abnormal node,the cell thickening was weaker and the starch grains increased. In the secondarywall formation stage,it was clear that the long parenchyma cells could be observed with different layers and thecontents were mostly degraded.Only a few of the parenchyma cells contained very few starch grains.During thisperiod,two anomalies were found in the abnormal node: a white substance with low electron density in the in-tercellular layer and white protruding material with low electron density on the cell walls of ground tissue.Dur-ing the rapid elongation growth of Phyllostachys edulis ‘Pachyloen'culm,a series of dynamic changes of cellwalls showed that the structure and composition of cell walls were closely related to the elongation of plantcells.The node may participate in regulating the elongation of the internodes,which provides a cytological basisfor revealing the mechanism of rapid elongation growth of Phyllostachys.edulis ‘Pachyloen'.
