厚竹内源激素及新竹发育对繁殖方式的响应

摘  要:
为了揭示厚竹内源激素及新竹发育对繁殖方式的响应特征,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)分析内源激素,结合样地调查,分析厚竹不同繁殖方式对一年生新竹的内源激素及新竹数量和规格的影响。结果表明:断鞭、埋鞭和移母竹3种繁殖方式所繁殖的新竹,其内源激素含量及不同器官之间均存在不同程度的差异。在4种内源激素中,玉米素核苷(ZR)对繁殖方式的响应最为敏感,赤霉素(GA)次之,吲哚-3-乙酸(IAA)和脱落酸(ABA)相对较小。不同器官比较,ZR和ABA在竹叶中含量最高,GA在竹秆中含量最高,IAA含量在不同部位差异不明显。不同繁殖方式比较,移母竹繁殖的新竹地径和高度最大,断鞭繁殖的次之,埋鞭繁殖的最小。不同季节移栽母竹对新竹高度和地径有极显著影响,但对新竹数量影响不显著,12月份为厚竹移母竹造林的最佳时期。12月份移栽母竹,母竹地径对新竹的数量和规格无显著影响,3月份移栽母竹,新竹的地径和高度在一定范围内随母竹地径的增大而增加,造林母竹规格以地径4~6 cm较好。

摘  要:
In order to reveal the effects of different breeding methods on the endogenous hormone level and young bamboo development in Phyllostachys heterocycla cv. Pachyloen,based on field investigation,the euzymelinked immunosorbent assay( ELISE) was applied to analyze the endogenous hormone level, and impacts of different breeding methods on characteristics of one-year-old young bamboos,including their endogenous hormone level,amount,and size were analyzed. The results showed that there were some differences in endogenous hormone level in several organs in the young bamboos raised by rhizome off breeding,buried rhizome breeding,and transplanted mother bamboo breeding. Among the four endogenous hormones,Zeatin riboside( ZR) was the most sensitive one to breeding method,followed by gibberellins acid( GA),while Indole-3-acetic acid( IAA) and abscisic acid( ABA) were relatively insensitive. Comparing between different organs,the contents of ZR and ABA were the highest in leaves,GA resided mostly in the culm,and IAA level varied littleamong organs. As for the different breeding methods,the transplanted mother bamboo breeding resulted in the largest size of young bamboos,followed by the rhizome off breeding,and the buried rhizome breeding. The mother-bamboo transplanting season significantly influenced on the height and diameter of the young bamboos,rather than the number. December was the best time for transplanting mother shoots of Ph. edulis ‘pachyloen'. Transplanting in December,the ground diameter of mother bamboo had no significant impacts on either number or size of young bamboos. While,transplanting in March,the mother bamboos with a larger ground diameter increased the ground diameter and height of young bamboos to a certain degree. The mother bamboos with ground diameter 4 cm to 6 cm were preferable for afforestation.
