摘 要:
双莲鸡是列入国家级畜禽遗传资源保护名录的地方品种,为了解其早期生长发育规律,为其遗传资源保护和品系选育提供参考依据,运用Logistic、Gompertz和Von Bertalanffy三种非线性生长模型对双莲鸡母鸡0~17周龄体重生长情况进行曲线拟合和分析。结果表明,三种曲线均能较好地拟合双莲鸡生长曲线。经分析比较发现,Von Bertalanffy模型拟合的双莲鸡母鸡生长曲线效果最佳(R2=0.997),其拐点为(5.199,420.399)。3种模型对双莲鸡生长曲线的拟合和分析是可行的,通过生长曲线的拟合分析可及时掌握双莲鸡的生长发育规律,发现饲养管理中存在的问题。

摘 要:
Shuanglian Chicken is a native breed which was listed in the Protection List of National Animal Genetic Resources. In order to studying the early growth rules of Shuang Lian chicken and providing an reference for the genetic resources conservation and new lines breeding, three kinds of nonlinear model such as Logistic, Gompertz and Von Bertalanffy, were used to analyze the growth curve of Shuang Lian hens from 0 to 17 weeks. The results showed that the growth curves of Shuanglian hens could be appropriately fitted with the three models. But the Von Bertalanffy model played the best with fitting degree(R2) of 0.997, and the growth inflexion at 5.199 weeks and 420.399 g. It indicated that the three models were all feasible to analyze and fit the growth curve of the Shuang Lian chicken. Through the fitting of the growth curves, the growth and development rules could be mastered and the problems in feeding and management could also be found in time.
