摘 要：
对宜昌市民大农牧开发有限责任公司的310日龄双莲鸡保种群进行体重、体尺、屠宰性能及蛋品质测定,结果表明,双莲鸡成年体重公鸡为2 405.22 g、母鸡为2 064.31 g,符合品种特征要求,体斜长、龙骨长等体尺指标与《中国畜禽遗传资源志·家禽志》记载数据相一致;双莲鸡屠宰率公鸡为89.62%、母鸡为88.69%,表现出了屠宰率高的品种特性;双莲鸡蛋形较圆,蛋壳以浅褐色居多,平均蛋重52.55 g,蛋壳、蛋白及蛋黄所占比例分别为13.59%、54.69%、31.72%。

摘 要：
The body weight, body size, slaughter performance and egg quality were determined for preserved population at age of 310 days of Double Lotus chicken. They were raised in breeding chicken farm of Yichang Minda agricultural and animal husbandry development Co. Ltd.. The results showed that the adult body weights were 2 405.22 g and 2 064.31 g for cocks and hens respectively. It was conformed to the breed characteristics. The indexes of body size, such as body slanting length,keel length,et al,were all consistent with the records of "Animal Genetic Resources in China·Poultry". The dressing percentage was 89.62% and 88.69% for cocks and hens respectively. It showed a high yield of carcass. As for egg quality of Double Lotus Chicken,morphology of the egg was round; the color of eggshell was light brown as much;the average egg weight was 52.55 g; and the percentage of eggshell, egg white and egg yolk was 13.59%, 54.69% and 31.72% respectively.
