三种常用渔药对河鲈幼鱼急性毒性试验

摘  要：
【目的】随着新疆水产业的迅速发展,市场需求不断增加,河鲈的集约化养殖也不断增多,确定三种常用渔药(氯杀宁、阿维菌素、氯氰菊酯)对河鲈幼鱼的敏感性,为人工养殖合理用药提供科学依据。【方法】试验采用静水生物毒性测试,用氯杀宁(三氯异氰尿酸消毒剂)、阿维菌素(杀虫剂)、氯氰菊酯(拟菊酯类杀虫剂)分别对河鲈幼鱼进行急性毒性试验。【结果】河鲈幼鱼三种常用渔药的安全浓度分别是0.259 mg/L、0.114μg/L和0.007μg/L。【结论】三种常用渔药对河鲈幼鱼的敏感性大小依次为氯氰菊酯、阿维菌素、氯杀宁。

摘  要：
【Objective】With the rapid development of aquaculture in Xinjiang,the increasing market demand,perch intensive farming has been increasing. The project aims to determinie the sensitivity of three perca fluviatilis Linnaeus fishery drugs to provide a scientific basis for rational drug application. 【Method】The experiments of static acute toxicity were carried out to test the safety concentrations of TCCA,avermectin,and cypermethtin.【Result】The safety concentrations of the three fishery drugs were 0. 259 mg/L,0. 114 μg/L,and 0. 007 μg/L.【Conclusion】The degrees of drug sensitivity were in the order as follows: cypermethtin >avermectin > TCCA.
