Al~(3+)对红檵木叶色生理变化的影响

摘  要:
采用沙培的方法,研究了不同浓度的Al3+对红檵木叶色生理变化的影响。结果表明:Al3+能显著增加红檵木叶片中的叶绿素总量、类胡萝卜素和可溶性蛋白的含量;低浓度的Al3+处理能显著的增加红檵木叶片中的可溶性糖和花色素苷的含量以及PAL酶的活性,同时提高有色色素类总含量的百分比,降低叶片中的叶绿素总量百分比;高浓度的Al3+处理使红檵木叶片中的可溶性糖、花色素苷的含量和PAL酶活性降低,同时降低了有色色素类的含量百分比,提高了叶绿素总量的百分比。在园林应用中施用2.0×10-10~2.0×10-9mol.L-1Al3+,可使红檵木叶片颜色更红、更艳。

摘  要:
The effects of different concentration aluminum(Al3+) on the physiology leaf color were studied through sand culture.The results showed that: dissimilar concentration of aluminum had significant affects on the content of chlorophyll,caroteniod and soluble protein.The low concentration of Al3+ treatments significant increased the content of soluble protein,anthocyanin,activities of PAL,and the percentage of color pigment in leaves of Loropetalum chinense var.rubrum,but it decreased the percentage of chlorophyll.Then it reversed under higher concentration of Al3+.Using Al3+ concentration of 2.0×10-10~2.0×10-9mol·L-1 can make the leaves of Loropetalum chinense var.rubrum much more colorful.
