技能大赛促进高职院校教育教学工作的实践与探索

摘  要：
指出了技能大赛已成为提高职业院校人才培养质量的重要形式.湖北生态工程职业技术学院通过寓教于赛、以赛促教等形式,探索了技能大赛与教育教学相结合的有效途径,实现了教育教学与技能大赛的对接,总结了该校形成的"两项制度、三个平台、七个转化"的长效机制.以供相关教职人员参考.

摘  要：
Skills competition has become an important form to improve the quality of personnel training in vocational colleges. Hubei Ecology Polytechnic College actively explores an effective way to combine skills contest with education and teaching. Through teaching in contest and promoting education by contest, a long-term mechanism of "two systems, three platforms and seven transformations" has been formed, and the connection between education and teaching and skills contest has been realized.
