四种常用鱼药对梭鲈鱼种的急性毒性实验

摘  要:
在常温静水条件下,用硫酸铜、高锰酸钾、晶体敌百虫和氯化钠4种常用水产药物对梭鲈(Lucioperca lucioperca L.)鱼种进行急性毒性试验,鱼种规格体长范围为2.9 ̄3.4 cm,平均体重0.25 g。结果表明,硫酸铜安全浓度为0.481 mg.L-1,高锰酸钾安全浓度为0.337 mg.L-1,晶体敌百虫安全浓度为0.213 mg.L-1,氯化钠浓度为980.020 mg.L-1。梭鲈鱼种对实验药物的敏感性大小依次为:晶体敌百虫>高锰酸钾>硫酸铜>氯化钠。

摘  要:
The acute toxicity of cupric sulfate(CuSO4),potassium permanganate(KMnO4),trichlorphon(C4H8O4Cl3P) and NaCl towards fingerling of pikeperch(Lucioperca lucioperca L.) was tested in tanks with static water.The size of fingerlings of pikeperch tested was between 2.9 and 3.4 cm,and the average weight of fish was 0.25 g.The pH value was 8.57,and the water temperature was kept between 14 ℃ and 18 ℃.The results showed that 96 hours LC50 values for cupric sulfate,potassium permanganate,trichlorphon and NaCl towards fingerling of pikeperch were 4.81 mg·L-1,3.37 mg·L-1,2.13 mg·L-1 and 9 800.20 mg·L-1,respectively.And the safety concentration of cupric sulfate,potassium permanganate,trichlorphon and NaCl towards fingerling of pikeperch were 0.481 mg·L-1,0.337 mg·L-1,0.213 mg·L-1 and 980.020 mg·L-1,respectively.Sensibility of pikeperch to these four chemicals above could be in an order as: trichlorphon > potassium permanganate > cupric sulfate > NaCl.Cupric sulfate,trichlorphon and NaCl could be used in preventing and curing disease of pikeperch,while,potassium permanganate is not available.
